Born in Jacksonville, Lesli's commitment to the success of Northeast Florida shows through her involvement in the community.  Lesli volunteers at her church, is a Cub Scout den leader and a board member of one of the largest homeschool support groups in Jacksonville. 

Lesli has a Bachelor's of Education from the University of North Florida. She taught school for 7 years in for Duval County Public Schools. Lesli is a Licensed Real Estate Broker.

In 1998, Lesli married a local architect, Bob Gray. They began planning a family and building homes. Lesli found she enjoyed every aspect of the real estate business and in 2001 decided to pursue a career in real estate. This was perfect for their family. Lesli was able to stay at home with her children and contribute to their family business. Lesli has been very involved in every aspect of the real estate business both personally and professionally. She has extensive experience buying, selling, building, remodeling, and investing in real estate.

Lesli and Bob have 4 boys, ages 10, 8, 6, and 4. Lesli has homeschooled their children since the oldest was in kindergarten. Lesli and Bob are very fortunate to be able to work together in all areas of their life.

Bob’s education and background has been a blessing to Lesli’s business. He handles short sale negotiations for Rising Tide Real Estate and has done a phenomenal job. Negotiation can be a very lengthy and tedious task and Bob has the patience, dedication, and organization to be very successful.
